Bay Area Painting Inc. provides professional painting and finishing services, including but not limited to:
Interior and exterior painting, Woodwork painting & finishing, Cabinet refinishing, Deck and fence painting, Residential and commercial painting
Each project’s specific scope, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in individual agreements between the Client and Bay Area Painting Inc.
3. Estimates & Payments
Estimates
We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all painting services.The final price may be adjusted based on unforeseen issues, additional work, or changes requested by the Client after work begins.
Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon.Payment details, including accepted methods, will be included in the service agreement.Late payments may incur fees, and Bay Area Painting Inc. reserves the right to pause or cancel work due to non-payment.
4. Scheduling & Project Completion
Projects are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.We strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to weather, material shortages, or changes in project scope. Any delays will be communicated, and a revised completion date will be provided when necessary.
5. Client Responsibilities
Property Access
The Client must provide access to the property for the duration of the project, including access to:
Water and electricityThe designated work areas
Preparation
Clients are responsible for removing furniture, decorations, and fragile items before painting begins. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage to items left in the workspace.
Final Inspection
Upon completion, the Client must inspect the work. Any concerns should be reported within 7 days of project completion.
6. Changes to Scope of Work
If the Client requests additional work or modifications after the project has started:
A revised estimate will be provided.Any additional costs must be approved before changes are implemented.
7. Warranties & Quality Assurance
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work and offer a [Insert Warranty Duration] warranty on workmanship.This covers peeling, blistering, or chipping due to improper application.The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weather damage, or structural issues unrelated to painting.
Materials Warranty

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
9. Service Termination
Either the Client or Bay Area Painting Inc. may terminate the service agreement with written notice.If the Client cancels the project before completion, payment for services rendered up to the termination date will still be required.Costs for materials purchased before cancellation will be billed to the Client.
10. Use of the Website
Website Content
All content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Bay Area Painting Inc. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written permission.
